The Pastoral Visit to the Rosario Institutions was scheduled on 4th October 2021. At 10.30a.m., the Bishop of Mangalore and the President of the Catholic Board of Education Rt. Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha visited class 6 & class 7. He asked the students questions on day to day affairs. The children answered enthusiastically.

Later at 11.00a.m., the English Medium Higher Primary staff and students gathered in the Rosario Cultural Hall. The Correspondent Rev. Fr Alfred John Pinto, the Administrator Rev. Fr Vinod Lobo, the Vice President of the Rosario Parish Pastoral Parishad Mrs Elizabeth Roche, the Secretary to his Excellency Rev. Fr Rohan Lobo, the Headmistress of Rosario English Medium Higher Primary School Mrs Jeanette Fernandes accompanied the Bishop to the dais.

The programme began with a prayer service led by Teacher Shoby Francis along with other teachers. The Headmistress Mrs Jeanette Fernandes welcomed the gathering. Teacher Shoby Francis read the report of the school. Conveying his message the Bishop asked the children to be a good Samaritan to their classmates. He motivated the students to always be ready to help one another, to have concern for others and to have a compassionate heart. Teacher Mayzita Menezes proposed the Vote of thanks. The whole programme was smoothly conducted by Teacher Mavis Serao. The programme ended with a National Anthem at 11.45a.m.
