10.01.2016 Baptism of the Lord
1. Since many parishioners are attending this Mass, we would like to make a few announcements.
2. Today we are celebrating the feast of Baptism of our Lord. This brings to an end of Season of Christmas and we enter into Ordinary Season of the Liturgy.
3. Tomorrow there will be only one Mass, at 8.00am. On the occasion of the anniversary of the Saint wood of St Juze Vaz and St. Maria Baouardy, both lived in our Parish, their statues will be installed at the entrance of the Church by the Bishop. All are welcome.
4. As we are coming to the end of the year of the consecrated life. Today we are celebrating the day of Religious of our Parish. The programme begins with Mass and end at 1.00pm.
5. The kannada Film on Juze Vaz will be released and screened tomorrow at 6.00pm. All are welcome.
6. We thank all our parishioners who worked for the success of Diocesan Eucharistic Procession
7. Programme of this Week:
-On Friday, there will be Parish Finance Committee meeting at 6.30pm
-In View of the Jubilee of Mercy a get-together of children from class 4th to 7th is organized at the Deanery level, on Friday 15th at Rosario Cultural Hall. We request all the parents to send your children to participate in this ‘Jubilee of Mercy Children Programme’.
-All other details of fests, house blessing kindly refer the notice board.
-The Church office will remain closed on 14th Thursday afternoon.
